I wanted to reach out today to see if anyone else has a cockapoo or a dog that pulls on walks. I have a sweet girl named Molly, and while she’s an absolute joy to have around, her walks are a completely different story! As much as I love spending time with her, I honestly don’t enjoy taking her out for walks because of how much she pulls. It’s exhausting, and I’m constantly trying to get her to calm down.

I know she’s a good girl, just a little demanding at times, but when it comes to going for a walk, it’s like she’s in a race! I’ve tried so many leads and harnesses in the past, but nothing seems to do the trick. I feel like I’ve tried everything, and yet, here we are—still pulling and tugging our way through each walk.

I’ve heard about the Gentle Leader Head Collar and was wondering if anyone has tried it? I decided to give it a go myself, but I’m curious to hear if it actually works. Has anyone had success with this product or found another method to make walking a more enjoyable experience for both you and your dog?

Would love to hear your tips and experiences. Maybe I’m not the only one struggling with this!
