In a world that often celebrates leadership and individualism, there’s something to be said for the quiet strength and resilience of followership. As someone who prefers to lend support rather than take charge, I’ve come to embrace the role of a follower with pride and humility. followers play an equally important role in supporting, executing, and bringing those visions to life.

However, true followership is far from passive – it is an active and intentional choice to support, collaborate, and contribute to a shared vision or goal. As a follower, I find fulfilment in offering my skills, talents, and insights to complement and enhance the efforts of those around me.
