I have a passion for creativity and a love for visual expression! And would love to relax more and worry less if I can. When I was doing therapy the therapist helped me to do things that could help me with my anxiety!
But I have learned to do breathing exercises or yoga, to help reduce the stress and to clear the mind. Also stress is not good for me as I have epilepsy. I do have goals where I should make time for creative things like writing photography, but I don’t always make time for that.
I also love books that would help me to relax and inspire. I am a film lover I love watching films, documentaries.
Embrace imperfection: Remember that creativity is a process, and it’s okay to make mistakes along the way. Embrace imperfection as part of the creative journey and allow yourself to learn and grow from each experience. I also think should take care of yourself, by doing things you love , eat healthy, get good sleep. I am still learning these things and trying to do them.
